I'm sure some of you are wondering what a man in Virginia Beach knows about making Maple Syrup.  Here's a little backstory.  I was born in Quebec, Canada.  During the spring months and during the summer, I spent time with my grandparents outside of Quebec City.  It was there that I learned the ins and outs of making Maple Syrup.

 

Owning a Maple Syrup Farm is a tradition in my family.  I wanted my children to have the same experiences that I did making syrup even though we live in Southern Virginia.
